January 2011: Charles meeting the Prime Minister of Bangladesh, the Hon Sheikh Hasina Wazed, and the Foreign Minister of Bangladesh, Dr Dipu Moni, accompanied by Mehfuz Ahmed from the Conservative Friends of Bangladesh. Charles in the meeting pledged his suport for Bangladesh as a secular democracy in ensuring its regional security, developing better relations with neighbouring India and mitigation against climate change induced rising sea levels.


January 2011: Charles meeting Mr Alexis Galanos, Mayor of Famagusta. Charles has called on the Turkish government in the past for the return of the port of Famagusta to the control of the government of the Republic of Cyprus.


January 2011: Charles canvassing in the Kenton Ward by-election, Brent, with Cllr Eddie Baker, Cllr Harshadbhai Patel, Council candidate Suresh Kansagra and his London MEP colleague Marina Yannakoudakis.


January 2011: Charles meeting in Strasbourg with Baroness Catherine Ashton, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, to discuss foreign affairs priorities including the Western Balkans and the Middle East.


January 2011: Charles raising his serious concerns over the recent massacres of Coptic Christians in Cairo with HE Mr Raouf Saad, chairman of the external relations committee of the Egyptian Parliament, and H.E. Mrs. Fatma Elzahraa Etman, Head of Mission of Egypt to the European Union


January 2011: Charles with Sakharov laureate and former Belarusian candidate Alexander Milinkevich, discussing the situation in Minsk following the recent flawed Presidential elections. December 2010: Charles attending the annual dinner of the Cypriot Maronite community in London hosted by its Chairman Maria Cocchinou-Boege (to his far right) and attended by David Burrowes MP, Chairman of the all party Parliamentary Cyprus Group, Andreas Papaevripides, Chairman of Democratic Rally of Cyprus in the UK and Michael Ellinas, Editor Eleftheria newspaper and many other leading members of the Cypriot community in London.


December 2010: Charles with David Harvey CEO of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) shortly before Charles opened their London Global Conference regarding the Hague Convention on Cross Border Mental Capacity issues and in particular the issue of the need for possible EU further recognition of Lasting Powers of Attorney

December 2010: Charles making a presentation at a cross party event hosted by his Socialist colleague Antigoni Papadopoulou MEP entitled "Human Rights: EU-UN visions & Cyprus Realities". In his speech Charles focused on the vandalism of Christian worship sites in the occupied North of the Island.


December 2010: Charles delivering his report to the Foreign Affairs Committee assessing the accession prospects of Montenegro to the European Union. Charles is the Parliament's permanent 'rapporteur' for Montenegro.
